Fully Equipped Kitchen: Features kettle, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking range, and toaster—everything you need for home-cooked meals. We do not have in-house laundry. However, there are many laundromats available within 2 to 5 minutes’ walking distance. Walkable Attractions: Seneca Casino, 7-Eleven, and local restaurants are just a short walk away. Peaceful Backyard: Relax and unwind in a lovely outdoor setting. Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and peace of mind. Please Note - Property Layout: This home is divided into two adjacent units, each with a separate entrance. While the other unit may be occupied by other guests, your side has a dedicated entrance to ensure your privacy. Neighbourhood Notes: Though some surrounding streets in Niagara Falls show signs of age, we do everything possible to ensure your stay is comfortable, secure, and fully equipped for your needs. Street Parking Rules (with Example): Odd dates (like Aug1): Park on the odd-numbered side of the street. Even dates (like May 2): Park on the even-numbered side of the street. Switch sides at midnight. Example: If it’s May 1 (odd date), park on the odd side until midnight. After midnight (Aug 2, even date), park on the even side. Our house: The even-numbered side is right in front. Any questions? Just ask! Odd-Even Parking Free street parking is available for your convenience. Please note the following local rules: On odd calendar dates: Park on the odd-numbered side of the street. On even calendar dates: Park on the even-numbered side of the street. If you check in on an even date: Park on the odd side that night, since the next day is an odd date (and vice versa). Tip: The area directly outside the house is the even side of the street, while across the street is the odd side. During the day, you may park on either side, but parking rules are enforced from midnight. Example: If tomorrow is October 27th (an odd date), park your car across the street from the house. If tomorrow is October 28th (an even date), park tonight on the even side, right outside the house.
